Oh yeah, I also bummped up to 3 pills. One in the morning @ about 6:30 one around noon and one around 4-5pm.

I just wanted to update from my post in July. I’ve lost those 10 lbs, actually i’ve lost 13 lbs. I started using an epllitical every evening for about 30 mintues. I’m the same weight I was when I graduated high school. Granted body parts have shifted, but I feel great and I wouldn’t have been able to do this without Liporexall.

Dang you guys are some really small people haha, I am six foot four and well over 300 pounds but I used to be a boxer six years ago and my normal weight is around 245. I start to take my liporexall this saturday 27 Aug 2011 to get ready to lose weight for a police officer stress test and I hoping it can really help. Ill post my results later.

I started taking Liporexall last week and I did not change my diet and did not do any type of exercise because I wanted to see if the pills did what they say they do and to my suprise I started at 210.8 and a week later I am at 207.2. I took a pill when I first woke up in the morning at 7, I took a pill around 12:30 and I took my last pill around 3:30…Today I’ve started a diet of eating right and healthly and T-Tapp 15 minute work out in addition to taking the pills so I am very excited to see what happens, I’ll keep you posted…

I hope these pills work for me. I didnt get to much feed back on everyone elses comments. I am very weary of all these pills they have on the market. After 2 kids I am ready to look the way I did before I got pregnant. Right now I am 5’2 and weigh 185 and I am dying to get back to my origanal 115. Please let these work.

After have 4 babies in just as many years I found myself a bit heavier then I wanted to be. I started taking Liporexall in february starting with just one pill per day until I knew how my body would react to it. That first month on just one pill, eating reasonably and moderat exersice (running after 4 small kids) I lost 5 pounds. Starting in march I bumped it up to 2 pills. One before breakfast and one at noon. And to date I’ve lost 20 lbs. I’m 5’7 starting weight was 150 and now i’m down to 130 :O) Just 10 lbs more then before having babies and that was when I was 20 (10 years ago) I’ve never been happier with a weight loss pill. HIGHLY RECOMMENED!!!

im 17 5 9′ and i weigh 172 pounds. i know im over weight and i really want to get down to about 135. i just ordered the pills. what is a usual amount time to lose the weight that i want to if i workout everyday and eat healthy?

im confused reading all these post…..first of all when i purchased these pills i also received the 72 hour diet pill…there was no information that came with the tablets stating if u take them with the Liporexall tabs or until u finish the 3day cycle then take the standaed regular Liporexall tablet… from reading the comments when i first purchased it also mention nothing about exercises,as it mention u dont need to as it you will lose weight..but it seems like what people write here that people are regularly exercising,so question is as i read from 1 of the post is it the pill or just the healthy eating and exercising that’s removing the weight???
