OK so i started taking liporexall today and I have to say I am impressed so far. It definitely made me feel energized. I took one in the morning and one before i went to the gym and I felt like i could run a marathon. I was able to exercise without getting overly tired and I did notice that i was burning alot of fat and sweating more too :D

I bet this review is not published, but it’s worth a shot. Liporexall is a complete waste of money. I have been taking it for 2 weeks now, with absolutely no results whatsoever. Might I add this is in combination with exercise and a healthy diet. As for appetite suppression, they have to be kidding! At best it gives me slight nausea, which makes me WANT to eat to settle my stomach. I have tried Soloslim before, now THAT is a good appetite supressant! I lost 5kgs with that. I thought since Liporexall had more ingredients (and cost more) it might be a better product. Far from it! I suspect all these positive reviews are faked, or written by people who respond very very well to a placebo effect.

Today is my second day taking liporexall and honestly I don’t feel too different. I wasn’t expecting that much of a drastic change but I was hoping for something a little more noticeable! I don’t get a huge kick of energy, I can feel it a little but it’s no different for me then when I drink a cup of coffee or something. However; I did push myself to work out extra hard and pushed myself to up my time on the eliptical. But in some ways instead of supressing my appetite it made me hungrier almost, I am usually not that hungry? I don’t really get it.

Does anyone know what would be the best workout/diet plan to use with liporexall? I am 19 years old, 5’7″ and about 157 pounds, I know I am not overweight really but I definitely have some getting into shape to do!

I really don’t want to be dissapointed with my results and I am really hoping to see some sort of change after this week. Will keep up with my posts.

I have been taking three pills a day as it designates on the bottle. If I took four a day would it maximize my results? Or could that be harmful? That might be a stupid question but I really want to know what it would do. I really want results!!!!!!!

    Please help.

    Thanks

One of the things I was worried about before purchasing this pill was side effects. I have super bad anxiety and have cut out caffeine for several years now as it makes matters even worse. I have been using it for about a week now. The first week I only took 1/4 of a pill at a time with food to see what happened. I started a full pill today and guess what? No shakes, jitters or heart palpatations. I did get a slight head ache, but that’s it. Now let’s see if I lose any weight. I will keep you posted.

I have been in a slump since getting divorced, I had no ambition to work out or do anything, finally I woke up and decided it’s time to get refocused. I went to GNC and picked up a bottle of Liporexall and I have lost about 15 pounds in two weeks. I wake up around 5am, take the pills eat oatmeal drink a glass of water and go for a long walk. In the afternoon I have an hour break from my job I go to the gym for 30 minutes and I do some free weight exercise, when I come home in the evening I eat a salad with a small amount of blue cheese dressing and after an hour I go for a walk, not a very long one but a good amount to give myself a good burn.

If you are looking to just take a pill and expect magic to happen, it’s not going to happen. You have to put in work and effort to get a better body, 15 pounds in 2 weeks is excellent, the only thing I would complain about is it doesn’t really surpress my appetite, but it is still doing a pretty decent job.

First off, you guys are great with all the comments! It is brave to write your feels and experiences to strangers…but when i think about it, we are all on the same team–TRYING TO LOSE AND KEEP WEIGHT OFF SAFELY. I stumbled upon Liporexall while looking for a diet pill–that works. I was impressed by its money back garrentee and no autobill. The site states you may not lose weight in the first weeks because you are building muscle. So I am preparing myself for that. I am 5’3 and 166 pounds. I would like to get down to 135, but to be honest, I just want to look thinner and fit better in my clothes..the scale is just numbers…a person can be a little overweight and not look like a skelton and be beautiful. Curves are beautiful for a woman. But, it is great when you can get rid of the extra weight that is not needed and only holding you down.

Well, I ordered my two bottles today. I hope to share a success story with you, we will see. Good luck to all who are currently trying this product. Remain optimistic!!!

I’ve ordered the 2 bottle package a few weeks ago and, been on it for the past 2 weeks now, there has been a huge difference to me. The energy I’ve noticed a huge difference with energy, it’s almost like taking 3 5 hour energy drinks all day long. This past few days, I’ve had people tell me how different I’m starting to look, and when I started I was about 280lbs. Reason in picking up this supplement, since my divorce I’ve been on a downhill with my diet, I went from 240 to 280 in over a year time. To get down to the 240 about 4 years ago I was about 320lbs, and that took about almost 2 years learning how to diet and exercise to get down to the 240 size weight, I was also weight training too trying to become stronger while I was losing the body % fat. Now I’m just on the kick just to lose the body % fat, and I figured it’s time to look into what science has to say. So I’ve tried a few, some actually set off some parts I didn’t like making me more angry like and aggressive. Parts of my body since taking liporexall is actually giving me some parts of my body to where I’m noticing some actually muscle cuts, so after about 2 more weeks of this supplement I’m going to weight and check my body fat %, this shit is real. It’s not a miracle pill, but it’s a supplement to be taking while dieting and exercising at least that is how I look at supplements and it’s been working, I’m already fitting into a size smaller which is great, if I can get back down to a size that could fit all these old cloths I’ve gotten, the appetite I do notice that consuming a lot won’t happen, but eating the normal 6 times small portions works wonders especially if it’s fruit and other dietary foods. So overall, I’ll post what I’m at in the time of the weight in.

Hey every one I’ve been taking this product since Nov. 11,2009 and my weight has went up and down a little but I’m glad I stayed with the product . My start weight was 145 and measurements was 36 30 42 .
I now weigh 137 and my measurements are 34 26 39 . I lost 8 pounds and I’ve noticed when I get a good work out I really lose weight. I am more tone in my hips and thighs my waist has toned as well. I’m losing inches constantly. I still want to lose about 7 more pounds and try to get my hip measurement down a little more but this product really works . I lost only 8 pounds but everybody loses weight at different rates dont get discouraged because your not dropping massive amounts like other people if your losing any weight its working. Now that I have more muscle tone I look slimmer that muscle makes a big difference . and its weighs more than fat . thats why my weight went up and down . I was gaining lean muscle and getting rid of fat.!!!

I started my first bottle on Monday and as of today, Thursday, I have gained an extra pound from where I started on Monday. My goal is to lose 35-40 lbs. by the end of summer. I have tried so many different diets and nothing seems to work right now. I am walking/jogging at least 2 miles 4-5 times a week. I have a 4 year old and a2 year old, so not much time for exercise. I am really trying to watch my food intake but I was hoping to see at least a small difference by day 4, or at least not a weight gain. A little disappointed so far. Any ideas?

I think you should stick with it give it more than a week . if in about a month you dont see results than yea I can’t blame you but don’t give up . your body is trying to adjust so give it a little more time .Did you measure your self. you might of loss an inch, and also this product helps you gain muscle so yea thats why your a pound heavier. your weight may go up and down alittle , but your clothes will fit different and you will notice you waist trimming down. I went up and down in my weight but after a few weeks I started to lose weight and my weight didin’t go back and forth. when I was 145 and then my weight went to 147 . But when I measure around my waist at that time i lost 1 inch. than the next week I weighed at 144 and it stayed their for a while than I lost another 2 pounds my weight is coming off really slow . But hey it is coming off so I’m glad. I hope I helped a little . Good luck!!!!

    Hi guys.
By the sounds of it a lot of you have had some great success on this product. I am seriously considering purchasing it but just have a couple questions that hopefully someone will be able to help me with.
I only have about 5 kilos (11 pounds) to go to my goal weight. I am currently on a weight loss shake type diet but have hit a plateu. I exercise nearly every day. I am concerned that I am building muscle and that is why I am not losing weight. I would love to go off of the shakes and concentrate on a healthy diet along with the exercise and this product. My concern is that as I only have a small amount of weight to lose and with exercising every day that it won’t work for me. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated as I’d love to decide ASAP. Cheers.

    May 25, 2010 @ 8:27 pm

I gave Liporexall a good shot. I was well into my third bottle when I discontinued usage. I don’t dispute that it may work. It wasn’t a ‘magic bullet’ by any means, but I don’t think it was absurdly overpriced, or anything, and I strongly support the free-market, ‘caveat emptor’ principle of allowing free experimentation with consumer products, of all kinds.

I am just ‘kicking in’ with a reminder that effectiveness is not the only criterion to consider! One other is safety!

This product contains a large dosage of caffeine, and also contains synephrine, via a bitter orange concentrate.

The product eventually induced in me a wildly erratic heartbeat, dizziness, and shortness of breath, each of which is explicitly warned against on the product labelling, albeit in micro-fine print!

I tend to take a rather optimistic viewpoint that consumer ‘nutriceuticals’ are improving markedly under a sound, science-based approach, and represent a vital alternative to western allopathic pharmacology. So experiment away, within the limits of your budget, and scorn the allopaths who arrogantly assume they are the sole source of knowledge.

But we experimenters must be careful. Remember, even acetaminophen, if negligently overused, KILLS!

And many of these metabolic-enhancer weightloss formulations are way kickier than Tylenol!

To my mind the risk:reward ratio of caffeine-synephrine formulae, for anyone past middle-age, or with hypertension, or any degradation in liver or kidney function, is way too high.

For me, the most difficult part of the low-carb diet was that I wanted crunchy foods, like chips and crackers. It wasn’t that I was craving the starch as I just actually missed the texture. When I got a bad craving some things that helped me were crisp lettuce, fresh green peppers, cucumbers and really crispy bacon.

    hi everyone,

ive came across this review site and it looks like everyone has met their goal or still hasn’t yet. from what i read, to those of you who gained weight, it seems like it’s because this pill is also building lean muscle, which of course turns the fat into muscle tissue which will cause you to gain weight but also making you look leaner.

a pill i HIGHLY recommend is phenphedrine. I lost 10lbs in a week with the proper exercising and dieting. but of course there were side effects which im re-thinking of trying something else. it caused me heartburn and nervousness and chest pains.

by me reading, it worked for some of you but just remember, exercise and dieting is what also boosts up the weight loss process.

im thinking of trying liporexall since it’s rated number 1…

does anyone know any site which sells it cheaper than the average price it goes for now?

    Hi all,

As a Diet & Nutrition Expert, i would not recommend any synthetic supplements for fat loss. Simply because they change your inside, the major effects of which are visible after only 2-3 years in life. By then, the damage is done and it takes time and effort to undo all of it, if at all thats possible.

Still if your career/lifestyle requires you to be extremely fit/fat free, then the following things must be done in order to reduce your Body Fat –

    1. Exercise while changing the pace/resistance every 2 weeks to make sure the body does not get used to the regime.

    2. Drink 350-500 ml of water each time you pass urine. But never till 1hour after a meal/snack.

    3. Eat 5 times a day – Meal-Snack-Meal-Snack-Meal, small portions. Prefer protein+fiber over carb. It will make you feel full quicker.

    4. If at all you want to want a diet supplement like liporexall, then make sure you take the lowest suggested limit of intake, drink lots of water and last but most importantly, keep track of how your weight loss is going. Upon encountering any previously non existent problems like chest pain/high blood pressure, rush to your physician.

Remember, our body is designed to take pressure and stress, so the symptoms you experience could be mild, but whats actually going on inside could be the birth of a big health concern.

    Love,
    Bhavan

I do however HAVE to comment about Sarah’s comment on June 10th.

Sarah, you are 5’5″ and weigh in at 190 pounds, you say you eat healthy and excersize. Are you SERIOUS? If you really ate healthy and excersized regularly you would NOT be that heavy. You are well over 50 pounds overweight which is considered obese. You say you are not willing to change your diet though. You should consult a physician as you may have a serious thyroid problem if you are consuming well under the daily recommended caloric intake. A pill is not your answer.

Therefore, I have cut out all soda, I drink water and some gatorade, and I have cut out all fast food. I workout 3 times a day and I can see a difference in my physique.

I’m a very solid woman with a little pudge around my midsection, so my main goal is really to lose that pudge…which will be all of 3-4 inches which will put me at my target body fat percentage. (Also, I’m a health professional, I do understand what is healthy and what is not and for my build, I am very healthy…and working very closely with my doctors.)

After 1 week I am down between 0.5-2 inches but only 1lb, I have noticed a lot more muscle definition in my thighs and arms. My thighs were solid before with a little bit of softness on my inner thigh but now my quads actually protrude very clearly in every position. I would have to agree with the mucle-building potential of this pill! My boyfriend even commented about my body looking a lot more “buff.” This idea does scare me a little bit because, I’ve managed to build up some serious biceps….which border on the “almost manly” line for me. Apparently I need to watch my weight training more carefully as this stuff actually makes a difference rather quickly. I’ll report again in another week!

Also, Nate, if you took a look at me, you’d put me at about 155lbs tops. I don’t LOOK like I’m 190lbs and my doctor is shocked I weigh that much to begin with. We attribute it to muscle, as muscle weighs more than fat.

    Hey ,Sarah

You must be a mesaphorph body type which is where you have very defined
muscle tone and you are able to gain muscle very easy. Cardio is what you need to do don’t weight train you muscles are already defined you just need to lose the fat that is surrounding your lean muscle , you will lean out completely if you stop lifting weights don’t lift light weight either . I have the same problem with the bulkness in my muscles but now i look long and lean. Just do all kinds of cardio and elastic band strenght training . try it i bet with in two weeks you’ll start slimming down!!! good luck! oh and white bread products keep weight on you so stay away from refined carbs very very bad for this body type!

after reading all these reviews (good, great and bad) I’ve decided to order 2 bottles of the product – I’m similar to Sarah, I weigh a lot more than I look and have always had a lot of muscle to my body – I work out fairly regularly but am not seeing weight loss results as quickly as I’d like. I’m in Canada so I hope the bottles arrive quickly! Will keep you posted

You can lose weight quickly just by eliminating drinks from your diet that contain calories. Switch to water, seltzer, or diet drinks. That alone could save 100′s of calories. If you don’t want to exercise, you could try just walking and stretching daily, just to get your body moving. Any movement will burn calories which will help weight loss.

Thanks Krysta, That is exactly my problem! I avoid refined carbs like the plague! I’ll cut out the weight training and only use my resistance bands, thanks a bunch! I don’t run into people with this same problem often, the advice is great, I had no idea, I just know that I’m build like a brick house but don’t really look it. Thanks a ton!

    Hey, Sarah

Your very welcome!! it took me a long time to realize that lifting even light weights were a problem . Muscle is heavy and because we have natural muscle mass and muscle tone we can’t train our bodies like other people that need muscle. People have told me that if I wanted to be a female body body i could , but I don’t care for that mannly look! lol
I just want to look slim and wear cute clothes!! so eating protein, whole wheat, whole grain, good carbs for enegy and green tea really slims your waist i drink the Arizona green tea with ginseng & honey its really good i think and its at 7-11 stores. oh yea working out when you wake up on a empty stomach burns direct body fat! !!! if you have time to work out sometimes when you get up that really speeds up the fat loss . then eat breakfast after your work out !! this will give you great results watch!!!
